Lifting table - EB

The lifting table type EB is, in pratice, always set on the ground and designed to load and unload pallets.

DESIGN

Heavy folded plain steel plate on all EB models.

• Single acting cylinder with chrome steel rod and end of stroke mechanical stop.

• Articulations, bearings and rollers without maintenance, forecasted for maximum 10 cycles per hour, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.

• Hydroelectric power unit and control chest on a compact support linked to the lifting table by 3 metres hose and cables.

• Voltage : 220/400 volts 3 phase 50 Hz.

• “Up-down-emergency stop” push-buttons control, power supply 24 V, linked to the electrical control chest with a 3m cable.

• Electrical cables model FR-N05-VV5F.

• Colour : BLUE RAL 5014.

MAXIMUM SECURITY

through design and standard equipments.

• Hydraulic security by electrical non-return valve linked to the two cylinders by rigid pipes to lock up the platform at its level in case of electrical failure.

• Pressure limit valve set in factory to prohibit the lifting of a load heavier than 1.1 times the nominal capacity of the lifting table.

• Safety frame under the platform perimeter stopping the lowering in case of obstacles.

• “Up and down” and “emergency stop” push-button controls, 24 V.

• Safety legs necessary for the mechanical standing of the table for the maintenance.

• Control tests on each lifting table before dispatch.

RESPECT OF THE REGULATION

The design and the building of these standard lifting tables comply with the French regulation issued from the European Machines Directive n° 98/37 and norm EN 1570.

All our models are delivered with the EC conformity marking.
