SBA bidirectional control valves (Gas thread) regulate the speed of a cylinder in both directions.
Flow regulators by rotary knob
Used when oil flow regulation is required in both directions, they are not pressure compensated so the regulation will depend on the operating pressure, the fluid viscosity and the operating temperature.
They are available in various sizes with threads from 1/4 BSPP (1/4 G) to 1 BSPP (1 G).
In this version there is an external thread for tightening the valve with the ring nut.
The setting is made by t made by knob rotation clockwise and vice versa , once the valve has been set, tighten lateral nut placed on the knob to lock in place.
It does not allow leakage.
The external body is made of high-resistance steel and is protected from oxidation by a zinc treatment.
It is possible to request a zinc/nickel surface treatment to increase the resistance to oxidation, in case the valve is poorly protected and exposed to atmospheric agents.
