Single Mast Lifting Platform - Capacity up to 3000 kg

Ergolyft single mast freight elevator is a vertical elevator for transporting goods between different levels. Ergolyft freight elevator can transport goods to very high heights with heavy loads. 

The freight elevators are hydraulic with the power transferred to the platform via chains with a gear ratio of 2:1. The freight elevator consists of a platform that hangs on lifting chains and is guided against a mast. The mast , platform, drive and hydraulic cylinders are  delivered pre-assembled for faster installation. Ergolyft freight elevators have a  design that is mounted firmly in  the wall  or  in steel beams, e.g. HEA or HEB . The elevator can often be called to a certain level through a special signaling system. The platform can be with or without railings. The freight elevator must have walls or protection all around, and electromechanically interlocked gates. The space inside the protection is called the elevator shaft or protected area. The load must be evenly distributed or centrally located. Thanks to its compact dimensions, the mast elevator does not require extra machine room as with a standard elevator, which results in significant savings.    

   

The freight elevator has a long lifespan if it is maintained and serviced continuously. Ergolyft freight elevators can be used both indoors and outdoors.
