Elevator load control device UPS-3

UPS-3 load control device is used for controlling the load of the elevator car.

UPS-3 has a well-deserved reputation on the market of Ukraine and CIS countries. In 2013, VEDA Group of Companies produced over 5,000 devices for companies such as:

• Karacharovsk Mechanical Plant OJSC
• Mogilevliftmash OJSC
• other elevator manufacturers.

Areas of use

• UPS-3 measures the signals from the load cells and generates three dry contact relay outputs:
• 20 kg load
• 90% of Operating load
• 110% of Operating load (or 100%+75 kg)
• and displaying them on the device’s front panel.

 UPS-3 is made in the following configurations:

• with 4 floor load cells
• with 3-6 wire rope load cells.

UPS-3 with 4 floor sensor load cells

UPS-3 with floor sensor load cells is used on elevators with stationary floor and the following load capacity, kg:

• 400
• 630
• 1,000.
