The experience and innovative strength of the two companies Schätti AG and Math. Streiff AG, formed in 1997 the basis for the establishment of Inauen-Schätti AG by Arno and Bruno Inauen and Albert Schätti.

Inauen-Schätti AG is based in Schwanden in the Glarnerland region of Switzerland with offices, a development and engineering department as well as production plant. A maintenance area with a service station is operated in Siebnen. A branch office with around 8 employees is operated in Dallenwil (NW) for the Inclined Lift Division.
