Quality Elevator Company, Inc. established and incorporated in 1981, was born out of the realization that most manufacturers of elevator equipment felt their primary business was manufacturing and installing elevators; maintenance was simply not their main focus. At Quality Elevator, service is our only business.

Quality Elevator Company consistently provides thorough, high quality service to our customers. Based out of Bladensburg Maryland, Quality Elevator currently holds multiple government and commercial elevator service contracts, and has grown to become one of the largest independent elevator service contractors in the Maryland, Virginia, and District of Columbia Region. Our customer portfolio consists of local and national property management companies, general contractors, building owners, and government agencies. No job is too small or too big. Quality Elevator’s relationship with each of these customers has increased as our performance of vertical transportation services has exceeded our customer’s expectations.
