Giant lifts limited’s first installation, testing and commissioning was done 5 years back. An elevator with 400kg capacity,4m/s speed, 4 stops 3 openings was installed in DR tower, a 18 storied building in Palton area constructed by Abed holdings limited. Specially, this elevator has thin motor of 1.2kw capacity, single phase power, steel belt type rope,not the traditional type, oil free maintenance, roller guide for main and counter weight and four side glass with rose gold frame.
