Vertical Transportation Services was started in 2017 by Mrs. Sarah Clay to service the Houston, Galveston and surrounding areas. Her husband Jeremy (an elevator mechanic for over 15 years) and her believed a higher level of customer service and quality could be attained. VTS proudly brought this fresh new approach to servicing Elevators and Escalators to the greater Houston market and customers are loving it.

Along the way we have mastered & simplified elevator modernization, performed major repairs, worked through a hurricane and grew our portfolio of maintenance clients month over month. We have added incredibly talented elevator mechanics that have enabled us to take on more complex jobs, added a Sales Manager for growth and provided on-going education to our team for development.

Our goal from the beginning was to provide extraordinary service, exceptional quality of craftsmanship in our elevator/escalator work and show respect to our customer.
