A robotic parking system for automatic and mechanized vehicle storage operated by the user and controlled by an electronic and programmable control. The robotic parking garages can be located in buildings where it is impossible to build a conventional garage because of lack of space for elements such as ramps and circulation. The installation of this type of parking system allows parking spaces to be provided in buildings and public spaces in historic districts. All of the available space is used to store vehicles, which translates into up to a 100% increase in the number of spaces with respect to a conventional garage. Thanks to the versatility of these systems it is possible to adapt the parking to the specifics of each site or building to be rehabilitated, for use, users and costs: different locations and number of entry and exit cabins, location of the revolving platform in the cabin, in the storage area or in the robot, layout of the storage area with different geometries, number of rows and storage levels, location of the system above ground, underground or semi-underground, etc.
